I’m Francesca Iachello, AKA Cesc. The woman who builds, cleans, cooks, and creates. I’ve spent over fifteen years perfecting the art of customer service in every form, from high-end hospitality to commercial and residential cleaning. My background runs deep in people, process, and performance. I know how to take care of others, build relationships that last, and elevate any space I touch.

I’ve led operations in restaurants, managed HR teams across multiple markets, and built brands from the ground up. Every role taught me the same lesson: excellence isn’t optional. Whether I’m managing a kitchen, training a team, or scrubbing a baseboard, the standard stays the same — do it right, do it well, and do it with heart.

Five years ago, I fought a battle that changed my entire perspective: cancer. I never let it define me; it reminded me what I’m made of. That experience didn’t slow me down; it fueled me. I decided that if life gave me a second chance, I’d use it to build something of my own. That’s how Cesc Collective was born — a brand rooted in resilience, creativity, and relentless work ethic.
